Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to the address you specify at checkout. Our standard delivery times are:
Within Germany: Approximately 1–2 business days.
European Union: Approximately 2–8 business days, depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include VAT.
Returns & Refunds
Under EU consumer law, you have a statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period.
Withdrawal must be made in writing via email to info@kindezi.de.
Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition at the consumer’s expense.
Defective items will be replaced free of charge within 14 days.
